JAI HARAN
(FCCA, ACA), FOUNDER DIRECTOR
Jai Haran qualified as a Chartered Accountant from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) in 2002 and then moved to UK to pursue ACCA. After qualifying as an ACCA in 2005, he worked with 2 separate medium size UK based practices between 2005 & 2012 and gained experience in various sectors and services with focus on assurance services for large size pension funds and SME businesses.
Currently Jai Haran specializes in advising startup and SME businesses both from the UK as well as overseas. As a practitioner, Jai has helped set up many new SME businesses during last 4 years and has been helping these businesses to fulfill compliances on various accounting matters, income tax, capital gains tax and company secretarial matters.
RAGHU MARWAH
(FCA), DIRECTOR
Raghu Marwah has more than 18 years of professional experience after qualifying as a Chartered Accountant in the year 2003 and is based out of New Delhi, India. He joined RNM India after completing his training with Price Waterhouse Coopers where he gained wide experience in both their Audit and Taxation Divisions. He completed the post qualification course on Information Systems Audit (ISA) in 2007 and launched a boutique Corporate Finance firm by the name of RNM & Associates in 2009 which has since been rebranded as RNM Capital Advisors.
Raghu was named amongst the Top 25 Most Promising Merger & Acquisition Consultants by the Consultants Review magazine (Sep 2016 issue) and has co-authored book titled “International Tax and Business Guide”, published in 2010 & 2013 by GGI, Switzerland. He has been regularly advising on cross border M&A and International Tax matters for UK clients.
MUKTA JAIN
(ACCA, CPA, ACA), ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Mukta is a qualified and experienced accountant with professional membership from 3 major accounting institutes from India, US and UK. Mukta joined practice in July 18 and has been successfully handling many SME clients in advising on tax & other business-related functions. Mukta has worked in the small to medium size accountancy practices in India, US and UK.
She has gained widespread experience as a qualified Accountant. She had her own portfolio of circa 60 SME clients with previous firm Danton Partners between 2012 to 2017.
Mukta specialises in business advisory, accounts preparation, taxation, CIS, self-assessment and reporting for SME clients within the UK.
